3.1 Handmade Nature of Products
All products sold on this website are handmade in small batches using herbal and Ayurvedic formulations. Because our products are handcrafted and not mass-manufactured, slight variations in colour, texture, consistency, and fragrance may occur from batch to batch. Such variations are natural and do not indicate a defect in the product.
3.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details displayed on this website are accurate. However, due to differences in screen displays and the natural, handmade nature of our products, slight variations between the product shown and the product received may occur.
3.3 Patch Test Recommendation
Our products contain natural herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially for individuals with sensitive skin, known allergies, or pre-existing skin conditions. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to conduct a patch test.
3.4 Allergy Disclaimer
While our products are made using natural herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients, “natural” does not mean risk-free for every individual. Some people may be allergic or sensitive to specific herbs, oils, or botanical extracts, even when those ingredients are well-tolerated by most users.

- As our products are handmade using natural ingredients, minor variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur between batches due to the inherent nature of botanical and herbal materials. This is normal and does not indicate any defect.

4. Orders and Purchases
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) selected, subject to these Terms. All orders must be paid for online at the time of purchase, as we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation from us (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
4.2 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:
- Product unavailability or stock-outs
- Errors in product pricing or description
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Inability to verify shipping information
Our website displays only the stock that is actually available with us, so order cancellations due to stock unavailability are not expected under normal circumstances. In the rare event that an order cannot be fulfilled, our support team will contact you directly to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
4.3 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing your order, including product selection, quantity, and delivery address, before completing your purchase. We are not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5.2 Payment
We accept payment through the secure online payment methods made available on our website at checkout (such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available digital payment options). All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order. We currently operate on a prepaid-only basis and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method for your transaction.
5.3 What is a CVV/CVC?
CVV (Card Verification Value) or CVC (Card Verification Code) is the 3-digit security code printed on the back of most debit and credit cards (or 4 digits on the front, for some card types). It is used as an additional layer of security to verify that the person making the payment is in physical possession of the card.
You will be asked to enter your CVV/CVC when paying by card at checkout. This code is entered directly into our secure third-party payment gateway and is never stored or seen by Curves by Anita Herbals. We will never ask you for your CVV/CVC over phone, email, or WhatsApp — please do not share it with anyone claiming to be from our team through these channels.
5.4 Payment Failure or Errors
n the event of a failed transaction where payment has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact our support team directly at the number provided on our website. Our team will personally assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Area
At this time, we currently ship only within India.
6.2 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via order confirmation are estimates only. While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
6.4 Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
6.5 Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or miss-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
7. Returns
Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy, available [link to Return Policy page]. We currently accept returns only in specific circumstances (wrong product, damaged product, or missing original packaging/box), subject to mandatory unboxing video and photographic evidence. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Curves by Anita Herbals name, logo, tagline (“In Nature. In Life. In You.”), product formulations, images, text, graphics, and overall design — is the intellectual property of Curves by Anita Herbals, unless otherwise stated.
